Default y pipe hitting the tunnel brace????

i got slp long tubes on my car and that damn to big y pipe hits the tunnel brace. I ordered a bmr driveshaft loop for my car it works great . The bad thing is my car is lowered and it hits speeds bumps and drags over train crossing is there any other way to fabricate the stock one on it?????/

If you already have the driveshaft loop on the car there's no need for the tunnel brace also, sounds like you just need to remove the stock tunnel brace.

I agree. If it's the stocker you have on there, get rid of it. It's flimsy and doesn't do anything.

The BMR driveshaft loop is a combination loop and tunnel brace, so you couldn't use it AND the stock brace together. Most people just remove the stock and leave it off. I've never noticed nor heard of any negative effects of removing it altogether.

I believe ls1snakebiter is saying he had the BMR on but hit everything so he put the stocker back on....been there done that....I now have the SLP piece on and it is a great fit and do not have any clearance problems. I have a lowered vert also, but Mac's not LT's.
