Windshield wipers are screwed up

Windshield wipers are screwed up I "misted" my windshield and when the wipers shut off they never went back all the way down. Let me try to clarify...
When the wipers are in delay mode, they come down to about 1/4 of the way open. When you shut them off, they "reset" and they go all the way back down under the hood area. Well, mine are stuck in that 1/4 open mode. Anyone know how I can fix this? It's pretty damned annoying since it was 94 degrees and sunny out today.

Re: Windshield wipers are screwed up Oh well, forget it. They just went back on their own. I swear these f-bodies have electrical issues. I know we aren't getting enough voltage or something to the power windows. I've already had the dealer replace the driver side power window motor twice also.
