I like the sound of the corsa but knowing a few guys who have had to change it because of the 1000 miles wear, I wouldn't recommend it. It's a beautiful exhaust but there are flaws.
The SLP Dual-Dual, if you like a low rumble until you get into the pedal. This is the exhaust to own.
The loudmouth is obnoxiously loud. I can't see how people deal with the noise. Unless you listen closely there is no rumble just loud noise.
I'm just curious to know what are the HP rating for each of the exhaust that was listed. I would imagine the 3 inch cat-back with the 3 inch outlet would be the better performing exhaust. Going from 3 inch to 2 1/2 has to have some restrictions.

I like my b&b, but its heavy. Best sounding exhaust in my opinion. Very deep refined sophisticated sound and I think it looks great too. It ain't cheap though. As for GMMG, its a great sounding exhaust, a little overpriced in my opinion though ($850 w/ tips!!!): http://www.gmmginc.net/html/chamberedexhaust.html
IMO Corsa and B&B are the best exhausts out there. Borla sounds cheap in comparison, just my opinion, I've heard it wide open.

One friend is on his third and these guys have only put a few thousands miles on the exhaust before having to replace it. IMHO the exhaust by far have the best sound and great performance but if you have to replace it after a few thousand miles it really takes away from the sound and the performance.

I have a SLP Loudmouth and love it. It looks sweet too. I heard a 02 Z28 with SLP longtube headers and the Loudmouth and it was LOUD and sounded mean.

I am running a straigh pipe out of the factory tips. Normally this isn't to loud at all untill you do a head cam swap with macs and a orp. <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" /> With this setup I have earned the nickname top fueler and the car gets all sorts of attention. I get tons of complements on the road and it will turn a deaf mans head at anything over quater throttle <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

For the longest time, this is how I ran my car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
http://www.2000transam.com/catalog/h...20data/35.html
I loved it.. lots of looks, *VERY VERY* loud ( top fuel type loud ) and lots of power.
I like others, needed to get somewhat quiet, and I put my B&B back on. I love the sound.. it's like an exotic car.. not like a farm truck borla sound.
Here are some clips of both setups:
www.2000transam.com/openheaders.mp3
www.2000transam.com/0-110.mp3
First is obviously open headers, second is with B&B.
Current setup is QTEC's in the Y pipe, and B&B.

My opinion, Borla is the ****! It is adjustable for exhaust tone and flow. It is stainless steel. It has the million mile warranty to back it. It sounds mean as hell, with either plate installed. I have had it on my car for a while now and I get so many compliments on it. It isnt as raspy as some others. Now, my firend has Mufflex and it sounds mean as hell. I think it sounds better than mine. With 4" pipes, it better sound good. The spintech muffler under the car is a little bulky though. And it doesnt have the warranty. It is stainless steel. I dont know, hard decision. As far as flow, probably about the same. Most of the cat backs today are pretty close on flow numbers. Nothing that you are going to notice at the track. The down side to Borla is the price. You could go with a slp loud mouth and still have some to put towards headers or something? Hard decision! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

I just got my Corsa catback installed before the weekend(I replaced my 3" ATR stainless sysyem). It is like music compared to the ATR. The ATR was a strait thru design, much like the Random tech. It sounded aggressive, but not nearly as nice as the Corsa. The interior noise is just a touch louder with the Corsa, but both do not have any drone at high way speeds. I feel slightly more vibration at certain RPM, but still nothing reel uncomfortable. The tips look sweet as well!!! There are no pics in my sig with the Corsa, but I will update ASAP.

Wow. Nobody here has tried the Bassani yet, huh?
I’ve heard basically all the common catbacks and some of the not so common ones, and I really like SLP 2OTL the best so far. I would really like to hear the Bassani with an ORY though...

I know my dad has Borla on his '99 SS and with a pretty much stock car I think it sounds pretty damn good, but I have heard some cars with H/C/I that sound a little funny with the Borla, especialy no cat open plate.
I had a Mufflex on my car (383 ATI LT1) and never thought it was that loud or raspy at all.
I'll have to post up pics of the new exhaust when its done this week. All I can say is Bullets, X pipe, and NASCAR side outs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
