you have the Throttle postion sensor angle set to low. You need to set the angle for a specific voltage I can'tremember the exact voltage. What's happening is the bottom of the blade is actualy moving to far forward due to lack of voltage mine did this. You have to measure the voltage and get it to the minimum voltage setting and it will stop doing that. I think the min voltage is 4.5 volts but I could be incorrect.

Well, the car idles fine and the blade doesn't stick when the car is off, whether its warm or cold. It only sticks while the engine is running. It feels like their is a vacuum holding it shut. It requires a little force to 'break' the vacuum, but after that it screams. It makes it a little hard to start slowly from a stop. I have not changed or messed with the idle set screw of the blade alignment. All I did was ground down the ridge in the TB and epoxy the non-round part (I did drill two holes for the IAC and the other thing).

I can only tell you what to do to fix it , you dont have to listen, open throttle further.
I'll try to open it a little farther. I didn't want to do this cause I thought it would raise my idle speed also. I will check TPS voltage also. After a day of driving it doesnt really do it too much anymore, but it still does it so I will try all the ideas suggested.

What did you find out?
