I dont know about the collector, but I ported my headers. You get a highspeed air grinder and a steel bit designed for metal. Then grind the slag in the tubes down smooth. You may need to order them from a special tool company or tool and die shop.

I installed a Flowmaster collector in place of the stock Mac collector. You can see pics in my web page. Scroll down and click on the words custom exhaust.

As far as porting the collector. I used a long stem carbide burr to get that deep. All the slag is removed in both of my header collectors.

If you need a source for the burr you need let me know.
