How i can ported tb ???
Tools:
-Dremel rotary tool
-Carbide cutting bit
-Sanding stone bit
-Sanding disk bit
-Metal polish
You will notice a ridge in front of the throttle blade. Sand that down flush with the front of its lip (towards the throttle blade) and then work back towards the opening, sanding flush. Note: DO NOT touch the machined TB area where the blade mates with the surface - screw up you idle drivability!
I started with the cutting bit for heavy work, moved to the stones for the medium work and finished off with the drum sander. After that, I hand smoothed/polished with the metal polish.
First time will take about 3 - 4 hours. This is the option to buying a ported one.

<strong>I just happened to come across this link yesterday:

Some have a 3-4 day turn around. They'll also powder coat it for about $40 more.
I'm using one on my C5 (automatic) now. Cool.
