Default What mods now?

Well I have a 2000 Z28 and will be finishing most of my apperance things soon. I just ordered OEM Z06 rims and want to get lowering springs soon.... but now after I finish those things I wanna start doing some performance stuff. So what are really good mods to start workin on? I already have a SLP lid w/ K&N filter and after hearing the SLP loudmouth in person I put one of those on order (Gotta wait about 2 more weeks). So what next? (other info in sig)

A couple of easy mods are, STB, bolt-on SFC ( my preference ), SLP driveshaft loop, if you plan on SLP LT headers ( and maybe others as well ) you don't want to lower your car. That should keep you busy for a while, good luck with your mods.

Cross drilled rotors. You wont regret them.Build your car from the bottom up brakes suspension then ad motor mods. But if thats not what you want then go ith the headers.

Well looks like all votes go towards headers . But I do want to lower my car a bit (1 1/2 inches, my car sits REALLY high), so what would be a good set of headers that will also work with a lower then stock camaro? I hear FLP is really good and there shop is 20mins away from my house...

Also since I like in IL I kinda need to pass emitions (I will however be leavin that cats on).

If you have t-tops then you want to get some SFC, STB, LCA, and PHR first. I did all the perf mods first on my 99z and then these thing. I would also cruise around with the top out alot. That car turned into the biggest rattle trap I've ever heard. Tighten the car up first then worryabout going faster. The plus side is the car wil be tight and put the new power to the ground instead of smoke. i know this is what I'm doing on my 02 this time. Good luck

1) Will my car pass emitions with cats in IL?
2) I wanna lower my car (1-1.25 inches)... will I have clearance probs?

hey, im right near you, and i have the loudmouth exhaust. I just ordered the Jet Hot Hooker LT's and will prolly have them installed about the second week in september. If you dont decide what you want by then, i could let you hear em to show you what LT's, and Off Road Pipe and the loudmouth can do!
