on an a4 use the crank pulley only, this way you dont have charging problems.the 6 speeds idle higher and can use both. i gained 1.5 tenths on crank only. good luck.

If you have a smaller alternator pulley than stock then you have an overdrive alternator pulley. It will charge better than with just a crank only pulley system. Most alternator pulleys are larger than stock. It will charge better than a stock alternator pulely but you won't get quite the hp gains.

asp lists the belts on their site but their is an error in the size if you have an overdrive alt pulley..the overdrive is smaller than stock, the underdrive alt is bigger..gates was ko60755 I think..the ko60760 is just underdrive crank pulley and ko60770 is with underdrive crank and underdrive pulley..the asp instructions are wrong for the overdrive pulley..I emailed them and they confirmed this..makes sense as smaller overdrive alt will take a smaller belt. The air belt is same with all the pulleys..forget the number but is on the asp website and you should have got some piece of paper with the pulleys..remember use a new bolt and put blue loctite on the pulleys..mine seems to be working great.

So the ASP Pulley I need for my A4 is the 25% REDUCTION CRANK PULLEY from ls1speed.com for $189, and I can expect a .1 maybe?
