I was just wondering what everybody who has done this mod used to do it. Also i saw a couple pics of people with what looked like plastice inserts, and was wondering how to go about purchasing or making those. Also i wanted to know if i should just call GM if i wanted to get a WS-6 style lower airbox. thanx

If you are talking about cutting the hood where the latch is on Firebird/Trans Ams, I used a dremel with a cutoff disc. If this is what you are referring too, I recommend getting some heavy duty discs from Home Depot... I went through a ton of the ones I had.
