Dry-cell DynaBat question Hi, guys!
Instructions for the battery advise using special battery charger which apparently stops charging battery when it's full. Now - do I need this if I simply drop the battery into my car instead of a stock one? Does the car [ls1] have this charging-limiter built into electrical system? What's your experience with the battery, is it Ok to have it as a daily driver?? I plan to go on a mountain trip and don't want ot find battery dead up-top. thanks for all advises.

Re: Dry-cell DynaBat question I didn't see the need to go that route on my battery replacement. I went the easy way out and got a Die Hard Gold from sears for $80 with 36 month 100% replacement and 100 month prorated guarantee. That's not your question though. To the best I can figure on this, lots of guys on this board and the others including the C5 guys are putting in the same kind of deal you are with no reported special involvement. My guess is that you are worrying for nothing.
