which headers to buy?? help!!! i plan on getting long tubes in a few weeks. i was for sure getting the slp lt's b/c everything else i have is slp and i like there products. but i have heard alot of great things about the grotts. please help! if you have any info it would be helpful. also were can i find out more about these headers and were can i get them from???
Re: which headers to buy?? help!!! You might want also to consider the FLP's. The initial price looks higher but the setup is complete. Even gives the equipment choice to eliminate the cats or reasonably to put them back on. Better ground clearance than the SLP's and easier install. The FLP's are what I chose so that's probably why I think that they are the best choice. Got mine from MTI in Houston.
Re: which headers to buy?? help!!! I already have a set of (uninstalled) SLP's, but if I were to buy a set of headers right now, I'd look long and hard at the Dynatech's.

Re: which headers to buy?? help!!! If you want Grott's be prepared to wait regardless of where you get them. I will say that they are a pretty damn awesome set of tubes though. It took about 6 weeks before I got mine shipped to me. But that was in the winter anyway.

Re: which headers to buy?? help!!! I was looking at every thing but FLP's just because of the price. I seen there price and I said thats too much. But then SLPPONTIAC told me to look into them so I did, now thats what I'm going with. Just like another guy above said they do come complete it comes with ORP and cats so you can swap them out if you need to and a lot. Well anyways thats what I'm going with. Here is what other people think also.

Re: which headers to buy?? help!!! ive got SLP's and love them.. Grabted they hang low and i have a few scrapes on the bottom of them from love spots in the road lol. But if i had to do it over again i woukd get the same set <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
