Fuel Pressure dropping to 45psi...

Fuel Pressure dropping to 45psi... After doing a search here I come up with our LS1 FP being a constant 58-60psi, with a 2-3 psi drop at WOT. My fuel pressure is dropping down to 45 psi at the top of each gear at WOT and my injectors are way over 100% DS.
Anyone else have this problem? I'm assuming is either a restriction in the lines or a bad pump. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The injectors are maxed out cause the computer is trying to get the A/F ratio correct and injector control is pretty much it's only way of richening up the mixture.

Re: Fuel Pressure dropping to 45psi... Is your car stock? How about the fuel filter? is it dirty? This would explain the low fuel pressure but I can't tell you whats up with the injectors.
