I dont have the part number off hand but what i did was have the dealer fax you a copy of the upper end of the ls6 motor and give them the numbers of what you need you should have two blocks for the rear of the cylinder heads and one line that goes from the front left & right head you will be ordering 3 pieces hope this helps

What I have is a rubber hose that's about 6 inches long and two of those wonderful squeeze clamps. This is what they gave me. I can so how I could make it work, just want to verify though.

Re: Part# for coolant bypass for the LS6 intake? I have the part numbers the front cooling bar from left head to right head is 12568478 and the rear block off on the heads are 12562788 you need two of those gaskets come on there and reuse old bolts
