Headers and AIR system
Headers and AIR system I was running SLP long tubes and now have switched to MAC's and ORYP for better fit and ground clearence. When the SLP's were on I used the EGR and AIR Tubes due to warranty concerns. Now it doesn't matter and I would like to remove the AIR system completely. What kind of code am I going to throw and what kind of effect on performance will I get with the SES light. Want to get LS1 edit but costly right now. Will be running O2 simulators downstream for the EGR. Does anybody make an upstream O2 simulator to trick out the computer or will this not work to get rid of the SES light and are they the same as downstream? Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Re: Headers and AIR system Codes will be set for EGR and AIR, but there's no performance penalty. I used a piece of electrical tape to cover the SES light until I got LS1Edit. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
