Re: Throttle body With the TB front opening facing you, the top left hole is for the crank case secondary ventalation, (mainly under WOT) the second hole to the top right is for the IAC motor.

Re: Throttle body I started at about 1/4" and eventually ended up roughly 3/8" or slighly less for the IAC inlet. Going up in size made my idle less "surgy" on startup, however it's always been a little unstable since the TC install. Actually, it now idles better than it did before epoxying the TB.
Also if you go a little small (on the IAC inlet) you may hear a weird noise when first cranked-this will be the IAC motor making a "radical" adjustment as the pcm figures out where it wants it to be.
Also I found that regular epoxy works fine, but I notice some like the "metal" type like Devcon.
