pacesetters. just do a search on them and you will see that they are the best all around header.

I say be different and get some coated Hedmans. I'm hearing good things about them from people who actually HAVE them.

IMO, all headers are very similar, unless they are stainless steel. Pacesetters are the most common header around here. But go ahead and try something different. I havent had any issues with my pacesetters and they are even uncoated.

Summit shows the Hedman 1 1/2 stepped to 1 5/8. But they're notorious for misprints. I'm going with Pacesetters.

Pacesetters are not shitty quality... They have nice big flanges that bolt to the heads... and my install went very smoothly considering it was my first time putting LT's on an LS1. I'm very happy with mine.

I even got the pacesetter ORY and the quality was alot better than I have heard. The merge collector on the Y looked fine, there was no overlap inside. They tuck up really nicely....I have more clearance now than I did with the stock Y. I used to scrape a little at the top of my driveway unless I took an angle... now I dont at all. My car is lowered 1.5" with the pro-kit.

I ordered mine from speed inc and did the install less than 2 weeks ago. I dunno if they had quality issues in the past, but mine were great and have recommended them to all my friends thinking of having it done around here.

You obviously have not seen the pacesetters in person!

Defiantly not **** quality headers, best bang for the buck, welds are very high quality and the flange is nice and thick, not many complaints on fitment or quality floating around about them so maybe you should do some research.
