I don't have that exact setup, but I just installed the SLP long tube headers, high flow cats and the 3" y-pipe and am running with my cut out open. It's not really that loud until you get into the gas.
The SLPs are a bitch to install compared to hookers. I had to drop the tranny mount and push the tranny to one side to clear the bell housing on both the passenger and drivers side! I had to remove the plugs, wires, coil packs, take off the; EGR, AIR tubes, starter, steering knuckle, and take out and plug the temp sensor on the drivers side to keep from breaking it. That's pretty much standard except for the tranny crap. Oh yeah, they reccomend taking out the oil filter, but since I just put in synthetic oil 200 miles ago I left it in and put a small dent in it....DOH! I had a friend help and wouldn't recommend doing it by yourself if you don't plan on having a shop do it.
She runs a lot better now though and it's not my imagination, tires break loose even easier and longer (sure sign of power gain). I haven't dynoed it yet to see the difference, but have been told about 20 - 25 rwhp gain for this mod.
Good luck and I think you will be fine as far as noise goes, because the loudmouth has to be quieter than a cut out.

The headers without cats and the loudmouth is REALLY LOUD! Mine is louder than a HARLEY at WOT. I am going to replace my LM with a SLP DUAL DUAL and two QTP cutouts off my collectors!

A guy in town here has the exact setup you're planning on running. Let's just say he's already looking for a bullet muffler for the I-pipe of his Loudmouth. It's really damn loud.

Slp headers are not that hard to install,
I did it by myself with a small bit of help
from my 13 year old.
SLP headers, when you get in it you will hear
them
