Like the topic says - I remember my GMMG being super quiet after it was first put on the car - It's gotten a lot more ballsy in the last 200-300 miles. This is normal, right?

I thought the GMMG was solid chambered pipe? If so, theres nothing to break in.

Right, now I'm wondering if either something has come loose under there, or if my ears are just stupid. It's definitely a fair amount louder than I recalled. I checked the joints for carbon buildup and didn't see any, though. Doh.

I've got less than 200 miles on my new Hooker and I can't tell any difference yet. I've been doing alot of RPM driving to see how it sounds at different speeds compared to my old Corsa muffler. So far the Hooker is friggin sweet!
