RPM Problems After I installed my electric cut out somtimes my RPMs are higher than normal. It usually happens (example) after I exit the freeway and coast to a light and when I throw it into neutral and stop my RPMs hang around 1200 and 1300. Also when I gear down it donen`t pull back on the motor and slow me down as fast as it use to. What I have been doing is when the RPMs are high I put it in first and let out on the clutch until the RPMs drop. I don`t think that this is hurting my car in any way but I just want to know whats going on with my RPMs. BTW my cut out is right behind the passanger back on stock exhaust. Thanks for any help.
