Default Am I in the right spot

Got an O2 sensor question, and wasnt sure where to post at. I have a 2000 truck with a few miles on it. Right now money is tight, or Id just go get new sensors. A while back I screwed up a O2 sensor, and I found out that I was able to use my rear sensors in place of the fronts after I swapped the plugs. I also have heard of using the vette sensors because they heat up quicker or something.

What I am wondering is if the rear sensors from a LS1 Camaro will work for my fronts after I swap the plugs? If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Another way to save a sensor or two is go buy a cheap $10 propane torch from Lowes. Put the sensor in a vise. Hit all 4 sides for 30 seconds at a time t burn off the crap. I saved a few O2's doing this before moving to the Bosch O2's. FWIW.
