Wondering what header is the favorite among LS-1 drivers.

 

Went with the hooker. Its a great company. Number one in racing. Maybe be less than FLP and grotts not sure but the company has been around forever and i had to go with them. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

You forgot to put Grotyohan as a choice, the clear winner in the header department.

 

I've never read any hard facts that show the more expensive LT's make more power or are better in any way. Jet Hot coated they are only a little less $ than the others (painted they are way cheap), but that's with $200 worth of coating that will make the headers look almost chrome plated forever. The others look like crap after awhile. That matters to me. My headers don't scrape, the y pipe doesn't bang, and they seem to be the easiest to install. If you want cats then have a pipe custom made. Any exhaust shop will do it cheap.

If you need cats and a y-pipe and all the parts
then you better think about
SLP or TTS or FLP..

I dont think you get anything but headers from
hooker..
