Default Loudmouth 2 muffler really loud?

well guys i just got my loudmouth 2 exhaust today, im still waiting on the headers and off road Y. i want to make a magnamouth exhaust, but how loud is the loudmouth 2 muffler, all i hear is the normal loudmouth exhaust.

im thinking about trying out the loudmouth 2 muffler to see really how loud it is then maybe swap over to a magnaflow.

i looked at a cutout version of the loudmouth 2 muffler and it has the perforations and packing like a typical straight through muffler.

I cant tell you how loud the lm2 is w/ headers, but you're right about it being basically straight through, with some cheese-grating type stuff along the inside, and its decently loud on my stock setup. Hope that helps.

Um my set up is probably different from yours but i did buy the LM2 bullet muffler.
!cat and put in 3 in piping to about before the axle. Thats where I put the LM2. Its A LOT louder than my older setup (stock 2.5 or was it 2.25 piping with cats using a magna muffler) . Plus, mines a 6 so i'm guessing an 8 will be much louder/ deeper..

i know the loudmouth 1 is louder, the loudmouth 2 has packing and perforations, a lot like a bullet style muffler, i was wondering how loud it would be, i just want something thats not going to drone while cruising, thats why i might get a magnaflow muffler to replace it
