The FLP y-pipe is 2.5 inches. It works great for me. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

 

flp y-pipe is 2.5", then joins into a 2.5" collector and then spreads out to 3" to mate to the I-pipe. The complaint people have is with the collector, many people will cut off the FLP collector and replace it with a Flowmaster dual 2.5" -> single 3" collector.

Mine's been on the car for a while, so far so good.

Man the custom y-pipe looks like it coould flow a lot better then the regular FLP y-pipe. I might have to do that to my car one day.

 

Did you just get the 3" one made, then put the Flowmaster collector on it? Or, does FLP sell/make a 3" Y?

 

Is the FLP Y, 2.5" or 3"? Also, I've heard some people say that it isn't so great. What are your experiences w/this pipe?
