13.6-13.7? baytown today hit 13.3 with an aslp air lid, i know that lid didnt shave 3-4 tenths for me. sucker emcee

Shows what you know.

My stock 02 Z28 (which is an auto) went 13.2 on pretty bald street tires. And the vast majority of other stock LS1s range from 13.1-13.5.

How about you come back when you've learned a little more about LS1s.

Best time was at DragWay 42. 13.4908 @ 106.17 with a 60ft of 2.1402
This is with the mods listed below except the ported tb.

just remember, that elavation and weather take a big part on times, along with the driver.

My uncle ran a 13.1 bone stock in his 00 SS M6 with 8k miles. I'm a strong beleiver that a 01-02 M6 could break 12's stock with the right driver and conditions.

i know this is an old tread but im importing an 1999 Trans Am M6 and will be running 275/40/17 Hankook tires and the car alredy has a magnaflow exhaust and the GU6 code car is stock otherwise to the best of my knowligde.

the trak conditions are as follows.. the temperature shuld be between 60 amd 70 degrees. altitude is near sea level. perhaps 200-300 feet. the track itself is perhaps not the best one arround as the tarmack is about 20 years old...

my question is.. shuld i be able to brake 12's in these conditions assuming that i get an exelent lunch? ohh and is there any way to make the rear end stronger without converting to 9" or 12 bolt etc?
