BULLET LENGTH

Are longer bullet mufflers quieter than the shorter ones? (The longer they are, the quieter they are)

Thats right.There is not a huge difference but a noticeable one.

Thanks for the replies..Justin.. still planning on sending you some money for the x pipe setup.. my wife spent my money..that I had for that(should have some money on the way in the next week). On the bullet lengths.. I was just curious..because I saw some that were 23in.(maybe 23.5) on summit's website. Not sure if they would fit or even work.

I have a 23+" Dynomax Bullet installed on my intermediate pipe with no problem. It is considered the 18" Bullet, because that is the actual muffler length.

Spyder BigD is right the muffler actually measures 18" but with the ends where the pipe slide in make it longer.The 23 will go under the car.It will go right under the rear seat.
