I have a similar setup as jmm98ls1 (see sig) and I get tons of compliments on it. I've been asked by 3 different people if I have a small cam, they cant believe it when I tell them no!

I'd have to go with Meent02SS's car. I love the sound of his, it's the inspiration for me to go with true duals.

Thanks for all the compliments guys! If I get a chance this week I'll get a drive-by clip and post it up.

What are the spec's on these 1-chamber Flowmasters? I would like to put those in place of the Sweet Thunders that come with TSP's TD system, but I'm not sure if they would fit or whatever? Flowmaster's website shows about 3 or 4 different length 1-chamber mufflers. I'm kind of lost.
Okay, you answered my question nicely right before I posted . Oh well. Can you give me a website that directly links to the exact muffler you chose? Also, what true-dual system did you go with? Could these mufflers work with the TSP system? (Only thing I am concerned with is hangers lining up and such) I would like to get the same setup you have if that is possible.

Had to get a few mandrel bends from a local shop and cut/weld them in on the driver's side. You could probably use the TSP system and use 3" 1 chamber flows, but it'll require some fabbing since the mufflers won't fit in the drivetrain tunnel like TSP's mufflers do, and a 3" system will net very little ground clearance if you're lowered at all.
I am also planning on running the Eibach Pro-Kit eventually, so this may not be the best idea

I wonder if the same philosophy applies to the LS1 cars?

Here's a pic of my "h-pipe".....it's actually kind of a cross between and "x" and "h".
I think an "x" wouldn't sound much different than my system.

Personally I think that TRMIN8R has one of the best sounding LS1's I have heard.

Watch closely. The first time his speedometer hits 60mph that is not his speed. That is only the speed of his rear tires, which are spinning.
