Default Anybody having problems with ASP tensioner pulley?

I can't get mine to work. When I tighten it down on the tensioner, it doesn't want to turn. I took a dremel and grinded down a couple of spots that could be touching, but it still catches and won't budge when tight. Anybody else have this problem?

I recall if you put the bushing in backwards it would bind and not turn. Once I figured out the correct way I haven't had one issue at all with it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

The factory belt and pulley comes off first of course. Install pulley, snap ring towards radiator, followed by the supplied washer and then cap it off with the factory black washer and the nut. Tighten by hand and to insure the pulley turns freely. If it does not turn freely then hit the lower cast edges on the tensioner with some light filing to clear pulley. The pulley should turn freely after the bolt is tightened.
