open headers

whats the longest amount of time you have driven with them and how many days? i got to run em for 3 days till i can get my y pipe welded so im kinda scared to go to and from work

yea CA is dumb but i love living here,they are loud i just hope with all the other cars around me it makes it a lil quiter

wuh? Unless you messed up your front o2's how would it foul up your plugs?

Anyway I did it for about 3 weeks.... but then again I am in FL... I was waiting on mid-pipes... Oh and its loud!!!!! no way to hide/mask it...

i did it for a few days and the car threw a code, so i put the exhaust back on.

i drove 100+ miles with open headers and caused no damage to my spark plugs, nor did the car run poorly.

did the mileage over a 3 week span, driving it on the weekends only. the worst part is all of the vibration, the noise isn't so bad.

I did it for about 2 weeks waiting for my shop to have time to get some TD's fabbed up. It is really loud, but sounds sick. I almost missed it when I put on the back half of my exhaust. No o2 issues here either.

I ran it open headers for two days until i got the exhaust on, no problems here either but the vibration as stated above was crazy lol.

Was it your rear O2 sensors or front throwing the code?

It is obvious that if you dont have cats connected you rear o2's are gonna cry unless you have sims or a tune.

is it possible to delete the rear o2's or do you have to have them or a simulator?
what will happen if you don use the rear o2's or sims?
