headers or Y-pipe or both

headers or Y-pipe or both I own a 2000 WS6 and I was trying to figure out if i should get hooker headers and a Y-pippe or just hooker headers. I'm kinda limtied on cash so tell mewhat you think. Any help would be great. Thanx in advace for any help!

Re: headers or Y-pipe or both Your stock Y-pipe will not fit with the headers. You could have an exhaust shop custom make a Y for you, but it will only save you a little $$$. My advice, save up for headers AND Y. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: headers or Y-pipe or both LOnSLO is right. Any headers will not fit your stock y-pipe. Except the shorty headers, which are a waste of time and money.
If you look under your car next to your oil pan on both sides is your cats. The LT's will end up past that point and the stock y-pipe will not even come close to it.
I think the Hooker LT's only have a offroad y-pipe. So you'll need some o2 simms.
