under drive pulley problems!! please help

under drive pulley problems!! please help I just recently installed an asp underdrive crank pulley and since the install ive had several problems.
1. After the car warms up to operating temp, while its in park i can rev it up till about 5300rmp's and i has a noticeble miss or or loss of power.
2. when driving i can stab it in first it pulls hard all the way till about 5300rpm,s dies off then shifts to second,pulls hard till about 5600rpms then feels like it loosed power and shifts to third, pulls hard right to 6k ***** to fourt like normal , quick no loss of power.
what should i do or check? could knock retard cause it to shift early or am i hitting my shifts early because of tq management or becase of the faster rev? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!
