Default Does this look right? O2 sensor wire question.

Hooking a Bosch universal O2 sensor directly to the connector that connects up by the engine. Does this look right? I'm getting a service engine soon light and I think I may have wired it wrong. The code says high voltage some bank.

That will never work as I thried to make my own O2 extenstions on my last car and with the conectors in there it has a different volt reading coming threw to the comp. The comp will continue to read or set codes for O2 problems wired like that.
