Default help with ASP tensioner pulley

Which way does it go on?! Snap ring facing in or out?!? Just slap it on, put the washer on and tighten it down right!?? How tight!?!
Thanks.

Install pulley, snap ring towards radiator, followed by the supplied washer and then cap it off with the factory black washer and the nut. Tighten by hand and insure the pulley turns freely. If it does not turn freely then hit the lower cast edges on the tensioner with some light filing to clear pulley. The pulley should turn freely after the bolt is tightened. Just give the bolt a good tug and it should be fine. I would guess in the 40 ft/lb area.
