LS6 Oil Valley Cover and PCV system

LS6 Oil Valley Cover and PCV system I found the following part numbers and they show up on Gmpartsdirect as:
12568002 LS6 Oil Valley Cover
12658010 no match so I switched the 65 to look like the 56 in the first part number and got
12658010 Pipe
Is that Pipe part number the right one. Also I forget where all the connections on the PCV system were. Are those two part numbers all I need to convert?
Also what tubes hook to the back of the intake? I don't know if the PCV did hook there or what else did its been so long since I took the car apart. If that hose doesn't connect everything I probably don't have the hose and if you have a part number for it I'd appreciate it.

LS6 PCV & Valley Cover
1 valley cover, PN 12568003 ~$42
Includes cover, bolts & gaskets
Plugs for valve covers:
1 drivers side, PN 12568011 ~$3
1 passengers side, use plastic vacuum cap from auto parts
1 pipe, PCV valve (w/valve), PN 12568010 ~$45 (This is the PCV valve and tube that goes from the valley to the TB. It's the "U" shaped tube.)
1 tube, PCV (LS6), PN 12556454 ~$3 (This is the tube (air-in) that connects the pass. valve cover to the TB. You have one already.)
