you'r best bet would be to use the grommet on the passenger side under the ECM then run them under the dash to the driver side. just find a few places to zip tie them under the dash so they won't hang down. that would be alot easier than drilling a new hole but if you do decide to make a new hole make shure you know whats on BOTH sides of the metal you'r drilling into.

I want to run some wires for a Electronic Fuel Pressure gauge through the firewall on the drivers side, is there a gromment I could go through like the pass side or do I need to drill a hole on the drivers side?

If I need to drill, where at?

Thanks in advance...

Bill

I don't think I can get any more wires through that hole.

I have my: Nitrous line, 4 ga power wire, SLP fan switch wires, tach wire for shift light, and other wires for my Nitrous setup going through it...

Somebody else must have done this before???

I drilled through just below where the steering shaft goes through. Used the rubber grommet that came with the oil pressure gauge I bought.

Maybe this will help - I have two battery cables, wires for two gauges, two warning lights, and a tach going through the passenger side grommet, and I think a couple more would go still go through. To get the wires to the driver's side, lift the forward part of the dash up, side to side and the wires can cross there.

aww come on you dont know about the super secret mystery hole???

ok open hood, look behind the brake booster to the right, theres i big ole wirign harness connector going into the firewall..

see the little screw at the top of it? take it out..

BOOM! instahole. you may have to open it up a bit with a dremel to fit the fp wire through there.. depends on which gage you are installing.. but i have the 180* sweep wire, boost line, and my shiftlight/o2 sensor wires going through that hole.
