Yeah, it claims that it includes all necessary pieces for installation, and it says its for 97-04 motors. It shouldn't be that hard to do, hell you can make an LS6 intake work on a earlier motor by grinding away the black fins on the bottom of the intake.

Or maybe someone with nitrous or DP would want it...

We could do the dynoing on my car here at the shop. It would be done on our Mustang dyno, so you will get true, to the wheels, no BS numbers. My car has a MS3 cam, stock heads, full boltons, 4600 converter, 3.42 gear, LS6, and Bo White TB. Let me know what you guys think and we can get the ball rolling.

You guys need to do one thing:

Stop post whoring and bumping this thread!

But seriously, I am in the process of getting data from the mfg. We will be getting an intake soon, and will be dynoing their intake against a LS6 with my Bo White ported TB & Fast 90 with NW TB. I will make a new thread with the results once we have them. Thank you for the interest.

Our shop part should take no time at all, I am waiting on the mfg to get back to us. Like I said, I will make a new thread once we have tested it.

Please post the link to the new thread here as most of us with interest are subscribed and receive e-mail notification. Make sure that you tell the mfg that this will be an immediate group buy once the testing is done and it is determined that this thing is not a POS. Also, (probably stupid but worth saying) make sure that it is the BIG runner version and not the little one.

GOD DAMNIT DID THE MANUFACUTURER DO ANY TYPE OF R&D????????

You would think that in order to sell these things they would have already done the testing and provided the results. It would take all of what? 2.5 hours to complete the testing.

Maybe the fact that there are no comparative tests the intake was only designed for looks.

I've never even seen anthing on the 5.0 intake they sell. The only numbers i've seen are from independant dyno comparisons and testing. I do know that it makes just as much power as the intake it "copies". The only thing i've heard that are bad about them are casting issues. Not like failures, but just not looking all that pretty sometimes. From what I know from friends that use them on Mustangs, they work well. Easily ported since it's metal after all.
