Anyone with info on TTS long tubes
As far as proformance I'm happy with them, I have heard rumors that their early sets didn't come with very good cats, but people are saying that they have a better ones now...
Good luck
I was going to throw them against the wall to tell you the truth. Now that they are in pretty happy with them. They have massive flanges at the cylinder heads and on the collectors.I also heard they are thicker wall than most maybe all the other ones out there and I didn't want to hear loud header ticking in my car like some of the old cheap thinwall headers I had in the past on previous cars.I am not crazy about the fact tts forces you to buy their cats and ypipe and for the money they charge the ypipes should be coated..only the headers are.I have no dyno to check how much hp I gained with them and all headers will need some tuning to extract proper gains.I might run no cats next spring and maybe a bullet muffler but the sound is nice right now with the cats although pretty quiet.I have an electric cutout controller though so can make it nice and loud when I want real quick. The tts hang real low..I have slp eibachs..not as much drop as pro eibachs.I was hitting a lot but dialed up my kyb agx shocks and now its pretty rare although with buddie or buddies in the car would definitely have the chance to hit more.I may have the cats ypipe on upside down or something..it fits but seems very low you can easily see the ypipe cats when you look at car in parking lot..
and have seen them in articles with lowered cars and no mention was made of ground clearance problems.I also had major problems with shipping with fedx..totally incompetent outfit..if you think ups is bad well have I got stories for you..
LOL. Some benefits..great flanges,thicker walls,
fit ok but did have to hammer trans tunnel a bit and grind down tab on engine, passenger side was pretty easy but drivers took some work. Also rerouting o2 harnesses was pain in the butt but cheaper than buying extensions I guess.
