Default Stock Tips on corsa exhuast

I was wondering how easily my stock tips will fit on a corsa exhuast. Don't get me wrong, I love the pro series tips, but I think it would be cool to pull off a sleeper look. Do the pipes from the muffler exit further back than the stock pipe? Any help would be great.

Thanks!

ur going to have to get the stock tips swedged to fit over the 3" outlets on the corsa. u might run into problems w/ the stock tips breaking because of how much you have to expand. good luck, but id say screw that "sleeper" look. those tips are amazing. just tell them ur a stock ls-1 with a catback exhuast.

After giving it some looking at, yea, I can see the stock tips having a problem fitting. Do you think the pro tips or premimum tips look better?

You can give up on the premium tips - unless you can find a used set.

They stopped making the premium tips several months ago and new ones are impossible to find at this point.

I happened to find a set at a GM performance shop (the corsa is an authorized GM replacement part), it had been on their shelf since 2003.

There shouldn't be a problem for a muffler shop to get stock tips to fit. Just have them weld a reducer onto the Corsa piping to get it down to the correct diameter of the stock tip inlet. Then you're good to go. I'm sure you can make some decent money off the Corsa tips if you decide to sell them and maybe recoop some of the money you dropped on it.
