HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! My car stutters. At idle it stutters and you can watch the RPMs fall and the oil pressure do the same. When you press the gas the car does nothing then bam finally goes. When you get into the throttle it will go then stutter then go. I just installed headers and removed the EGR and am running an ORY. Not sure what the problem is. Any one know what the problem is. Started because of the header install but i cant figure out what. Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it would be great.

Re: HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! Double check that you did not forget to (snap) a plug wire on all the way and or that you did not crack a plug.cracking a plug is way easier than you think.sounds like a misfire to me,goodluck.

Re: HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! Sounds like you have a vaccum leak or a misfire. Did you use block off plates on the headers where the EGR use to be? Block off/plug the hole in the intake for the EGR? Burned a plug wire on the header? Loose plug wire, fouled plug?
Did you use rear O2 simulators sinse you deleted your cats?

Re: HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! go back over every bolt and make sure you have every electrical connection connected and spark plug and plug wire attached. also there is a sensor on the front part of the drivers head, i have heard of people breaking this and that causes problems.
BTW how long had you let the car run? are you sure it just isnt doing idle relearn from where the battery was disconnected.

Re: HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! Alright the lower spark plug boot wiggled loose on two plugs so that was the problem. Got it on there nice and good now and its running like a champ. Definately can feel the power difference.

Re: HELP!!! Oh God Help Me HELP!!! You said it. I was all worried cause i am gonna race it on friday and couldnt figure it out. I kept thinking it was a vacuum leak but a plug wire was so easy. Thanks to all that helped out. I can say every question i have had about my car that i really needed to konw has been answered in less than 30 mins. Gotta love the bored.
