Benefit of !EGR & !Air, Info Please I have read how to remove and cap off the vaccum on intake. I like the missing clutter of all that sh*t, but after removed, will I throw any codes or do I need LS1 edit to reprogram something? Oh yeah, the expandable plug for the intake from the EGR inlet, until the LS6 intake arrives and block off plates. TIA.

Re: Benefit of !EGR & !Air, Info Please yea you will throw codes, but as long as its a steady light you will be fine, autozone will scan for free and tell you what codes you are throwing. LS1edit will get ride of these codes.

Re: Benefit of !EGR & !Air, Info Please Yep you will throw codes. Just go have the deleted as I am. Well till I get it tuned I have a constant SES light. Oh well. I've been quoted $75 to go in and delete unwanted codes such as missfire and AIR EGR stuff.

Re: Benefit of !EGR & !Air, Info Please Other than a little weight off the front end (Which is where you want it off) and the cleaner engine compartment, there are no increases that I am aware of, I am going to remove mine tonight.
