What would cure resonance?

What would cure resonance? I have this resonance problem under light throttle or when racing under WOT w/the cutout closed?Once I open the cutout,its all but gone?
Think my Y or interm is too small?
I have a 3in Y and 3in interm.
3in interm. into my cutout then to 2.75 after the cutout (over axle) and into a single 3in/duel 3in out ulra flow.
Its driving me crazy....
I cant race the car w/the exhaust cutout closed
It vibrates under WOT real bad?
