Default LS1 A/C system gurus inside...

Guys....my car refuses to blow cold air. The 1 2 3 4 fan settings all work and blow with increasing power but the air is warm. When I have the A/C turned on, I hear a clicking/hissing sound every 5 seconds like something is trying to turn on but can't. Any ideas? I live in Fl so I NEED A/C!!!

Your compressor is cycling because your system is low on R134a. You need to find cause of low refrigerant, you can look for leak by finding oil seepage at either ac component or connnection. If you cant find anything than have system charged and have dye installed so when it leaks out they will find leakage with black light. This method works pretty well imo.
