I dealt with them only brief;y to get my exhaust. Called and verified what I would need to do. The young lady on the phone was very nice. I sent the check. 7 days later I had one hell of an exhaust on my car! I have nothing but good remarks about their Customer Service. It really couldn't have been easier ot more hassle-free.

Ya, there have been a couple of guys who have had a rough go of it with the people over at GMMG but I truly think those cases were isolated. One guy from this board and one guy from another board. But I believe the problems(whatever they were) were taken care of. My experience with GMMG was a good one when I purchased their exhaust last fall.

Laurie and Matt at GMMG do a really nice job and I have never been treated poorly by them. I got in on a GP a long time ago for the exhaust and that was when his exhuast builder was moving buildings. There were some delays becaue the builder couldn't set up the equipment, so Matt didn't have any exhausts for a few weeks. Anyway - they emailed me and told me what was happening before I even started to wonder about the time.
You just have to remember that they have a ton of cars to turn over, and the exhaust isn't really their main buisness. Daily, they have to call up all the vendors to make sure that they are going to send them the parts they need to turn out their cars, etc.
By the way - be on the lookout for a GMMG corvette - I think its coming.

I haven't dealt with them as far as buying, but I have done business with one of the workers there and he has been great. Also had a friend who just sent her GMMG back because it was damaged in shipping, and she was treated VERY well. I don't know where the nasty posts were coming from.
