Default Running Lean after Spark Plug Replacement?

I replaced my spark plugs on Saturday... cleared the PCM did the idle re-learn... etc... I have an Air-Fuel gauge that I can stare down while on the juice to make sure the motor doesnt suddenly go lean... Normally at WOT the car will run just on the rich side.... but after the spark plug replacement... it sits in the stoich area...

I used to have a ticking coming from the motor, and I thought it was an exhaust leak...but it could have been a loose spark plug.

Question is... Could a loose spark plug cause the engine to run richer... and after replacing the plugs would it lean the motor out???

EDIT... only thing that changed on the plugs is the gap... went from a .040 gap to a .38 gap for more N2O.
