why dont you use the stock oil cooler line from the trucks? they bolt up in place of the adapter (above the filter) on the f-body oil pan and go to the rad but you could cut them shorter and route hose to an ext cooler. i got mine with my 6.0 and plan on doing that.

Thanks bunch to all those LS1 Tech folks relating to Oil Sandwich adapters. I finally find it thru Summit Racing. I will order Earl Perf. #503 because I have the oil line hose/cooler is 10AN already.

I use the LPE adapter. It comes with ports for a temperature guage and a return line from say a turbo. Then I use an integrated oil cooler in my radiator.( Ron Davis)

Ron Davis also makes serious heat exchangers that I would recommend. 7, 14 and dual 14 plate exchangers for serious cooling of hot fluids. In the Arizona mid day sun in dessert racing they drop oil temps 100*.

The integrated oil cooler in the radiator drop temps 30-40* and is a win win situation with the radiator providing 20% better cooling than factory in the first place.
