Default Hesitation after header installation

Just installed pacesetter LTs for 02LS1Z28 w ORY, untuned. Car hesitating on acceleration. O2 sensors i believe are fine, though the back sensors are no longer plugged in. Check engine light doesn't come on.

Could one of my spark plug wires be loose? The spark plug wires went back on a whole lot easier then they came out. Seems like they are loose? Is that normal or did I not get them back on right?

Yeah check the plug wires, make sure they click twice.

Other than that make sure everything is plugged in like it should.

May need some bosch sensons as well. Its always a good idea atleast.

As long as it its not a miss, are you sure you arent confusing this hesitation with just a shift in the power band because of the headers?

A tune will help with this.

your a/f is probably out of whack, but if its a real hesitation, then i would check plug wires first.

To conclude this board...my severe hesitation was in fact due to loose spark plug wires, at least one probably not attached. I got some MSD's and it fixed the problem.

hesitation and misses after headers is almost always one of 2 things

loose plug wire

or

o2 wires are touching headers and have burned them and shorted out and blowed the eng sensor fuse
