Default nick william o-ring

putting my new nw90tb (cool) on my new fast 90 intake (cool) using the fast o-ring and like others have noticed its too thick (no o-ring groove in the tb). what have you guys done about it? anybody make a thinner o-ring? I dont want to crank down on the bolts and crack the manifold. and i think it really should be flush (airflow, vibration, etc) does nick williams have a special o-ring for this? how would I get a hold of him to ask? (is he a member here??) I'm sure someone has figured this out. thanx joel

It was hard to keep in place and get started.. but once you crank it down..it shouldnt be a problem.. Mine is fine.. I also went and got a bolt for the top hole and sealed it better up top..

I had no problems with my FAST o-ring once the NW 90 TB was tightened down. Seals good.

I have a lot of .125(I think that is the size) orings here that are too big. I just cut them and make my own o-ring.
