TB Bump Stop Fine Tune
TB Bump Stop Fine Tune I checked the voltage on my TPS with a digital VOM. The input to the TPS is 5.02 VDC (grey wire). The reading at WOT is now 4.6 VDC (blue wire), but at closed throttle it's 0.654 VDC instead of 0.0 VDC as it should be. This high reading is with the throttle stop screw backed all the way out until the throttle cam tab no longer touches the screw. What's up with this reading? The engine idles at the proper RPM so I don't know what adverse effect this high voltage value is having. Has anyone seen this reading at closed throttle or better yet how to get it closer to ZERO?

Re: TB Bump Stop Fine Tune Well mine comes up at .5 closed and Auto Tap shows throttle position as 0%. I bet there is a little leeway in the TPS. As long as there is no adverse effects, I dont see a problem.
