Which Spark Plugs?

Which Spark Plugs? Ok car has around 10,000 miles on it now and I need to change the spark plugs. I was thinking either the ngk tr-55 or the ac delco rapidfire #8's or reds. Which plugs will be better for performance and what should I gap them at?? Car is a 02 Ws6, with a lid, catback and underdrive pulley.
