Header gasket, new spark plugs, plug wires, anti seize, zip ties. You should be good after that

Don't get their OR Y-pipe. Mine bangs the floorboard like a **** and I have heard similar feedback from others. I'm eventually going to pull mine off and give it a "hammer mod", but have been too busy/too lazy.

Plug for the intake (where the EGR pipe enters) plates for the air too (unless you're getting race headers) and an appointment with a tuner to get rid of the SES light (from AIR/EGR removal)

Get a 1-3/8" Ajustable freze out plug for the intake, mine cost about $3 at the local parts store, It looks like a big washer with a little nut on top and a big piece of rubber on the other side.

Pacesetter headers come with wire and crimp connectors so you will have to cut and splice the original wires to extend them. As for the header gasket, they supply you with a paper one but it will end up leaking.

Check the FAQ at the top of the page. You'll find info a few posts down about O2 extension information.

Since you will be dumping the AIR and EGR, you will get the SES light from removing those. O2 sims on the back would be a waste of money. You are going to have to have a shop with LS1edit or HP tuners remove the codes to stop your SES light.

Use the stock gaskets, or new OEM ones. I would also suggest throwing in a set of Poly-motor mounts while you have the exhaust out. It will solve problems before they start.

Try a search, or at least read through the page. You will find tons of information.
