billingsley a/c delete plate???

billingsley a/c delete plate??? I removed my a/c. is this plate for removing the bulky a/c thing that mounts to the heater box? or for removing the WHOLE heater box?
I still want heat, but wouldn't mind shedding the big bulky a/c thing on the heaterbox.
